On clicking on the Download icon, a window will appear showing some options.
This window has different options such as music and video. If you want only music, then you can download just audio by clicking on the buttons of respective audio format and audio quality.
If you want Download video, you can click on the buttons under video, the buttons have different options for video resolution and video formats. You can just click on the desired button and the video or music will be downloaded instantly to your device.

To install the Snaptube, you can download it from the official Snaptube Website. After downloading the Snaptube apk file, just click on the file and if you are trying to install app outside the playstore for first time, you might see this warning.
Since you are trying to install the app from outside playstore, it may show a security warning similar to this.
